On my China vacation a few years ago, a recipe stuck in my head: fresh Chinese grilled oysters. For less than the equivalent of 1 € you got these delicious grilled specialties, original street food style.
I got the recipe from the local chef to cook this delicacy, it does not take much. Although oysters are expensive in Europe, they do not cost much if you buy them fresh on the market and prepare them yourself. Of course you can grill oysters as a joint activity with guests or children. This is how to learn the natural cycle that begins with the consumption of animal food, the circulation in the animal. If you open the oysters, they should still “twitch” when you stroke them. This shows that the oysters are still fresh and alive.
